This Raspberry Lemonade Refresher takes the childhood comfort of lemonade to the next level with coconut water, freeze dried raspberries, and mint! The health benefits of this drink are plentiful with electrolyte-rich coconut water, antioxidants from raspberries, and vitamin c packed lemon juice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • ½ cup freeze-dried raspberries
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint

Instructions:

  1. Slice the lemons in half and juice them into a small bowl or glass, removing any seeds as needed.
  2. Add the lemon juice, maple syrup (or honey), coconut water, and freeze-dried raspberries to your blender.
  3. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  4. Pour the refresher over a glass filled with ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired, and enjoy!
