“Shea’s Sweet Potato Chia Seed Pudding” is not only delicious, but features two powerful superfoods.

Sweet potatoes are high in fiber and antioxidants which protect your body from free radical damage, and promote a healthy gut, eyesight, and brain.

Chia seeds improve heart health, reduce cholesterol, and promote intestinal health.

Full recipe:
Shea’s sweet potato chia seed pudding:
3 medium sweet potatoes
4 tablespoons chia seeds
1.5 c almond milk (or your favorite nut milk. Shea loves organic soy milk for extra phytoestrogens + polyphenols) + more for blending if needed
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Cook sweet potatoes until they are soft. Let potatoes cool, then peel off the skin. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Mix and spoon into jars.
Optional toppings: pecans, walnuts, cacao nibs, and bee pollen.

Store in the fridge and consume within 1 week.
